Our Story

We started Southern Grounds in a Surry Hills warehouse with a 5kg drum roaster and a stubborn belief that great coffee need not be complicated. Today we roast over 40 origins a year, but the philosophy has not changed: source with care, roast with precision, drink with pleasure.
